Another precious barnfind! This E type coupe has never been for sale on the market!

 The original California plates show 1975 as the last year on the road, and given the overall condition, it can be assumed that the car has really only been used for just 10 years.

In Europe from 12 years, it was imported by a Dutch enthusiast who then did nothing more than make it running and park it in his garage.

In January 1962, E types were still being sold in the “flat floor” version, which would disappear a few weeks later, precisely after another 70 cars in the original configuration. The original condition of this car is incredible, evidenced by the still-original trunk and engine compartment paintwork and the still-visible “body” numbers. It retains its original, working engine and all its original parts. The interior is the original, as is the steering wheel, all instruments and accessories inside and in the engine compartment, while the exterior bodywork has been handcrafted and painted in a bizarre metallic blue, over its original elegant “opalescent gunmetal”.
